Brian, 
Rocky posted it to the list SEVERAL MONTHS AGO (check the archives,
could be more or less). It just sat there. I dusted it off last weekend
because 1. It's a darn good idea, and 2. Us postal workers got to stick
together, even if my status is merely former. Doing it next year but
starting the planning NOW gives us time to prepare the questionnaire and
work out the details.
