Re: seed experiment
I would think this seed experiment needs two more thangs that were not
explicitly stated before (so far as i remember). It needs the people to
receive at least 2 seeds. one is labeled a the other b. a needs to be not
the same seed for everyone. ex:
john doe gets A = 614 Neilly B = 687.5 Lloyd
Jane Anywhere gets A = 687.5 Lloyd B = 614 Neilly
and so on, so no one involved knows quite which seeds are which, just the two
possible seeds they have (only two genetic stocks involved)
someone needs to keep a careful record of who got which label, and all the
people involved need to keep careful track of which plant is A and which is
B. Each person needs to get enough seeds to be able to thin, grow etc the
way they normally would.
just my $0.02,
Richard (we lost 6 inches of snow yesterday in the sun, 18 more inches to
go......)
P.S. we have sticking snow in the forcast here in Maine
