North East OH Is also very wet 2" inches rain last two
days. Hoop houses out in the patch on top off my
12X12X2' Hills. I plan On starting my seeds next Sat
in 12" pots the placing out in the middle of May. So
Hopefully by then the patch will dry And I can get the
rest of my tilling done.

Central PA is off to a slow start relative to being
able to work the soil. It
continues to rain and everything is mudville. If this
continues it could be
serious. You can't till mud. Our winter has already
been 7 months long. Last
year it was snowing and sleeting on weighoff day and
we were freezing. Where
is the sun?
