Mud in PA

Central PA is off to a slow start relative to being able to work the soil. It
continues to rain and everything is mudville. If this continues it could be
serious. You can't till mud. Our winter has already been 7 months long. Last
year it was snowing and sleeting on weighoff day and we were freezing. Where
is the sun?
