Humic acid revisited

Hi, List,

I was perusing some older postings touting the use of humic acid.  I did a
search and found a site selling humic acid products that notes that their
particular humic acid product is incompatible with calcium nitrate.  I don't
know why -- anybody with a chemistry background out there with ideas about
this?
