RE: Potassium
A high Potassium level in the soil is not bad at all, while it be balanced
with high Calcium and Magnessium levels. If you have already added gypsum,
consider the Mg level, and if it is under the Calcium balance charts, would
be good to add some. The form you added the Mg will depend on the pH of the
soil. If the pH is low, you can spread dolomite, but if it is high, you
rather use another form like Magnessium Sulfate.
Here the biggest grapes and melons are got from high Potassium level soils
