Pumpkin seeds returned

I hope it is not an effect on Canada's stance on the war in Iraq but for the first time we have had pumpkin seeds stopped at the border and returned by the US Dept of Agriculture with a not stating that they need a phytosanitary certificate. This could put a damper on Canada/US pumpkin relations. Prince Edward County Pumpkin Growers Association.
