Ivory is biodegradable and seems to be among the least harsh on the plants.
I don't really have a very scientific method of measurement. I use it in a
hose end sprayer the most and probably put about 3 or 4 oz. in the bottle
and fill the rest with water.
I also use it on my lemon trees and then rinse with hi pressure hose. Trees
look great after that and doesn't seem to harm the fruit or flavor.
