Frank has it down pretty good. The only
difference I would suggest is, growing here in the
south, we "usually" can't keep out fruit growing for
anywhere near 80 days. The heat and humidity tends to
ripen our fruit a little earlier.
I would work off Frank's model but use 60 days as the
fruit growth period, knowing that if you actually get
your fruit to keep growing all 60 days, you may have a
new southeastern record. I'd say 50 is more likely
and that's if you do a lot of things right. Good
