RE: germination
My suggestions would be...
Kick the temperature up to 85 to 90 degrees if possible.
Use plastic over the top, that may be enough to raise the
temp a bit.
Cut back on the water. If there are holes in the bottom
of the pots, water them from the bottom. (Let them suck
up the water.)
Start some backups now.
