You guys can all swear by Daconil all you want. I will never
go back to it for powdery mildew control. A little oil,
baking soda, and Ivory dish soap(1 Tbs each) in a gallon of
water will smother the stuff so fast your leaves will turn
green and grow again if they are not full grown and haven't
been covered in mildew too long. I NEVER had that happen
with Daconil. The only catch is you have to apply it to cool
leaves and have time for it to dry before it gets above
about 85F.
