Well, I've been away for 17 days, and I see some of you have spring fever pretty
bad - and I emphasize the word "fever".

Duncan, if you are going to start your seeds next week and transplant them
into PCV pipe, then I figure I have a pretty good chance of beating your 208
this year! Keep us posted on this wierd experiment that only an engineer
could devise.

I'll get my sprouting chamber set up during the next week and start a few
"practice" seeds, to make sure the temperatures are OK, but won't be putting
my prizewinner in the soil (indoors) till about May 7th.

Do we have a bet on for 1997?
