In addition to Don's question, I would like to ask:
After we pollinate our female flower, should we not put the condom back over
her?
It would seem to this rookie that we could have the proverbial BIG MAX in the
wood pile unless we install motion detector lasers to zap unwanted pollinators
of the apiarial kind.

Maybe this is why some seeds from the same pumpkin grow monters and others
grow duds? Maybe I should buy the book; I bet the answer is in there.
