Also... I made my first cross pollination at the house here with your
853 as the male pollinator --- these I used for a nice 5 lobe female
blossom on your neibghor Harold Baird's 858 --- Both plants look pretty
good... additonal female blossoms showing on both plants... so.. we'll
just have to "weight" and see what happens...

ps... my farm "project" has had some hard luck with severe weather this
Spring... nasty weather in Feb and March.... not much hope there it
seems... but we'll see...
