Motrin is good. Aleve is better. Take 1 tablet every 8 hours or 2 tablets
every 12 hours. Avoid alcohol and take it with food. Women tell me it is tops
for menstrual cramps. The generic name is naproxen sodium for our
international friends. Motrin is ibuprofen.
