If Al Eaton's recent e-mail to me is as I see it, he weeds through 9
seedlings to get down to one plant. He has three pots with three seeds
in each for each hill. Does anyone else go through large numbers of
seeds to get one good plant? How about a few more top growers telling us
how they get that one plant per hill.

If I have the seeds I will start 10 per mound and thin down to one in the end.
