Holes that enter the cavity disqualify them from contest......the pumpkin
will usually rot soon.......scratches are ok if they don't enter the cavity
but they may cause spot rot ........these pumpkins will grow and crack and
expand and crack most the time these expansion joints heal up just
fine.......brock
