Well, the seeds I planted in Peat pots a week ago still have not
sprouted..but they are swelled up and look like they may "pop" any
day...
However, I thought back to my Junior High days and how we germinated
bean plants for experiments......Tuesday, I took a AG seed and placed it
in wet paper towel and put the whole thing in a plastic
"baggie"....Placed it in a southern exposure window, and
viola......Thursday morning I had a sprouting seed.....Put this into a
peat pot, and now I have a thriving plant...
So obviously, the rest of the seeds I wanted germinated went into
baggies on Friday, and they have also sprouted already... will be
transplanted into pots this afternoon
I guess this is just a miniature greenhouse...
I am ready...the last tilling of my garden will be today, so in a few
days the fun will start
