Ok I will give my secret out.
Go buy a heating pad at Walmart for $10. and a cookie sheet $3.
1.) Place the heating pad on a wood party tray or coffee table (the
wood will insulate).
2.) Put cookie sheet on heating pad (metal cookie will transfer and
distribute heat).
3.) Place seed trays on cookie sheet and cover with saran wrap or
plastic lid.
4.) Adjust heating pad to desired heat. I found that the new heating
pads are about 50 watts, so put the damn thing on high and you
will have seed germination.
5.) As soon as you have germination, remove from heat and place under
grow lights for 20 hrs a day.
This sure beats that $100. price or a grow matt for $50. Then after you
lift that 300lb pumpkin, you can use the heating pad on your sore back.
