RE: Grow lights


It doesn't seem to matter much which lights you use.  Just remember that the
incancescent grow lamps produce more heat and the fluorescent ones are much
cooler.  In fact you really don't need to buy the more expensive "grow
light" tubes you can use the cheaper regular ones.  Just remember the
effectiveness drops off significantly when the plant is further away from
the light source.  To be most effective the light should be no more than 2"
from the top of the plant.
