Sign of luck

Hi to everyone!
 
I got back from a week in Key West, Florida last Sunday. I spent
about an hour each night last week catching up on my e-mails.
Now I am ready to get into some serious pumpkin growing.
 
I began turning over my pumpkin patch today.  I've got an area
about 30' X 20' done so far, and I just found an old horseshoe.
I am sure that is a sign of good luck.  I am going to hang it near
the patch.
 
I am jealous of everyone who has began germinating and growing
their pumpkins already. The temperature got down to 22.5 F last
night, so I am still waiting impatiently.
