Powdery Mildew

I am getting a case of Powdery Mildew that is unbelievable. It is
spreading like wild fire. How can I stop it?? I started to spray the
Daconil, but it seems like I am pissing in the wind. Will the bleach idea
work? As I spray the daconil you can see the powder from the mildew
blowing in the air. Can I win this war??
