Has your weather been overcast and cool? Have there been any water or
nutrient shortages?
Also, has your plant been under heat stress? This can slow or halt growth,
too.
If your plant has proper water and nutrients, ample sunshine and warmth for
photosynthesis and your plant is pest free and in good shape, all you can do
is watch and wait.
Try not to put too much emphasis on daily measurements. They can make you
panic when there is no need. Tomorrow you may measure and find 3 inches
growth in circ.
