Water or Wilt

the last few afternoons my leaves have drooped
on the edges, by sundown the leaves are OK. The weather has been mid 80's
in the afternoons and low 70's at night. We have received atleast 1 inch
of rain a week, and I am fertilizing every other night with 2 gallons of dilute
fertilizer. Is this a symptom of wilt or am I not watering
enough? Or maybe watering too much?
