Re: Little black eggs

My guess is that you have black aphids. I found the underside of the leaves
black with droppings and aphids to a point at which they seemed to be
blocking the leaves from doing their job.

Yesterday I spent 2 hours with a hand held sprayer with a solution of Safer
Insecticidal Soap and I sprayed the entire under side of each leaf followed
by the top. Today I checked the plants and I found no live aphids, but gobs
of messy black droppings. My plant was slowing down a bit and hopefully this
will allow the plant to get going again.

I am not a big expert on the bugs, but I am pretty sure I am correct on this
solution.
