Marv, a couple of questions about growing these things. How do you prune em?
I have made no special effort to prune the vines except the shove them back
inside the trellis or cut the end off if there was already a vine in that
location. Do you hand pollinate and if so do you do it the evening or
morning. It seems that the blossoms open in the evening but the pollen looks
better in the morning. The one that is stuck at 10 inches I just happened to
find and I did not pollinate it so it is likely that pollination did not
occur. I'm in position to pollinate one that will hand straight down in the
middle of the trellis, do I need to take any special precautions against wind
or tie it to the trellis somehow?
