Are you growing Atlantic Giants or some other kind? AGs don't make very
good pie, in my opinion, because of being so watery (I use 1/2 AG
pumpkin to 1/2 yam when I do, to kind of even things out).
It's never too late to prune.
Have you been hand pollinating or just leaving it up to the bees?
Is it safe to place them on pallets? You mean, safe for the pallet? One
hundred pounds is a nice size - they won't slip through the cracks. A
tarp is real nice, and I believe the Pumpkin Nook sells them.
