RE: A Question or two
Do not cut the Vine off but get rid of the rotting fruit. Your remaining
fruit should do well.

Subject: A Question or two
Hi All;
I have one plant whet three main vines on it. Each vine set a
pumpkin around the sane time........fist week in July. All went well until
they
got about basket ball size. Then on stopped growing. About a week later
the
second one stopped. The third one is still going strong. The first two are
going soft so off they come. There is no other pumpkin on the first two
vines.
Will it help the third one if I cut the fist two vines off? If it will how
close to the root ball do I cut it and should something be done to the end
of
it to protect the remaining plant?
Thanks........................
