RE: Temp
This temp issue is making me think. It is very hot where I live, triple
digits in the days dropping to mid 60s @night. My fruit keeps getting
to basketball size, then shriveling, and vine growth has been very slow.
I suspect it has to do with the heat, but I do not have a soil
thermometer, so I cannot gauge my soil temp. The soil feels like it
could be in the high 80's-low 90's. Is it possible to damage roots at
that temp?

Hi Don. I'm averaging just under 20 a day and my soil temp is at 64
degrees. We've had hot days for most of the summer, but the nights have
been really chilly.
