You're better off just going to Wal-Mart or Home Depot and getting Daconil
(Ortho Garden Disease Control is the new name I believe, active ingredient is
Chlorothalonil) if you don't have Captan. It's about $14.97 for a pint bottle.
Besides, you should be already using it regularly to prevent & control future
diseases.
Apply as Dave said for cracks and as the label says for diseases, but start
using it as a preventative instead of waiting til it's too late.

that kind of sulfur is for amending alkaline soil. It won't work as a
fungicide.
