Hi, Nan!
You have sound instincts. Don't use milk. It sounds like you're doing just
fine. Are you feeding with a foliar spray like Miracle Grow? Or liquid kelp,
which is better? It's already late in the season, so I would keep doing what
has worked for you so far.
