GEEEEZZZZZZZ, BEEEEEZZZZZZZ!!!!!!-----I use everything imaginable to INVITE the bees to my garden!! That's' my main means of pollination!!! ( for everything.!!   that and the hummingbirds!! ) If I don't see bees in those big lovely yellow blossoms, I start to panic and run for the little brush.......yes, I don't hand pollinate much, but my patch is small this year and I've got other plants out there too. Unless you're getting hammered  with hornets and yellow jackets ( they are not bees, they are scavengers......big difference..!!  ) I say let the BEES BE  !!
