I would say not....

Chlorine - Biocide that kills beneficial bacteria, fungi and
micro-organisms. Any healthy organic or bio-hydro garden is chlorine free.
If you are using or brewing compost teas or bio-extract solutions, removing
the chlorine is essential.

A pool contains 1.0-3.0 ppm of chlorine, whose purpose is to kill bacteria
so I would say that you would be taking a step backward.
