How Much Potassium?

How much potassium (K) is recommended for the next 
2 months?  I'm using 2
tablespoons of 0-0-60 dissolved in a 20 gallon sprayer as 
a temporary measure
once a week.  My alpha dog is (according to GPC tables) @400 
lbs and I don't
want to blow it (pun intended) as I did last year.  Suggestions 
from
consistent heavy hitters greatly appreciated.  Steve M.
