Unfortunately, most sprays wash off when it rains. There are some sprays that are systemic, but unfortunately the ones you used are the kind that will wash off and become ineffective. You may want to re-apply once you know that you will have at least 24 hrs. of clear weather in order for the chemicals to be effective.
