It's usually still 95F around a 6pm here. I wouldn't spray
ANYTHING on a plant then. ;-) I prefer to get up very early
in the morning before any wind is apt to pick up and spray
then. The plant will usually dry well before the temps get
hot enough to scorch the leaves and whatever I am spraying
won't drift onto anything else. Bees don't appear to be up
when I spray, either.
So, yes, everyone needs to make their own decisions based on
where they live and what conditions they are dealing with.
