Pumpkin Seeds

All,

We've had the blossom eating discussion, what about the seed discussion? 
With the cooking pumpkins I grow, the seeds are great to roast with a
bit of butter.  Is the same true for AG's?

I should also say that with the size of the AG's I grow, I'm not
throwing away any money by eating my seeds ;-)
