Hi Everyone,

Just a update on the Nut Tree Weigh Off!

The Nut Tree Weigh Off will be moved from the Nut Tree complex to the Dixon
Fair Site for the October 4, 1997 GPC Weigh Off Contest!

Mr. Mike Green, former administrator and site coordinator of past Nut Tree
Weigh Off Contests will be the official site coordinator of the Dixon Fair
Site.

In part the new owners of the Nut Tree complex will be sponsoring weigh off
prizes for the Dixon Fair Site.

Prizes for the various categories will remain the same. As in years past at
Nut Tree, the Dixon Fair Site will purchase the heaviest pumpkin grown in
the world for $10 per pound. Both Grower and pumpkin will receive an all
expense paid trip to California.

Unless some Californian grows the heaviest pumpkin in the world!

Official information and regulations will be forth coming from Dixon Fair
Site Coordinator Mr. Mike Green.
