to unsubcribe you need to send your email to:
Majordomo@athenet.net

not pumpkin@athenet.net

don't put anything in the subject and in the body only put 
unsubscribe pumpkins and your email address
for example

unsubscribe pumpkins Johndoe@aol.com

if that doesn't work ( should only take a few min. and you get a return
email saying that you have been dropped from the list- but give it an
hour or so)
then send the same message with your name also, to: 
dang@athenet.net  ( Dan Gardener) 
and he will go in and take you off the list. ( which might take a few
days-)
