female flowers not making it

OK folks, help here in Cleveland, OH.....

Started late - and many plants now about 12 feet long, have had several
female flowers with tiny fruit - all have turned yellow and then they drop
off.....

Only have a few pollinated and growing, very sad sitkuation here....

Fertilizer is going on- weekly, I am watering when required, soil is good,
whats the scoop?
