Here's another well-known method (the Stellpflug):
Weight (in pounds) = .000213 x circumference (in inches) cubed (cir.x cir. x
cir) + 20)
This sounds complicated but really isn't. And measure the circumference
from flower tip to stem parallel to the ground.
My guess is that a typical 100 pounder is about 2 feet in diameter--about
(72 inches in circumference). Hope this helps.
