Hi Duncan 

I just wanted to let you know that us Aussies, me in particular, read
all the advice which the group gives, and appreciate all the advice
people offer.   I am collecting a file with everybody's great hints, so
hopefully for reference, we or another Aussie will grow the biggest ever
pumpkin for Australia (552lb) is the Record.   And the thanks will go to
you and everybody on the group, who happily offers advice.

October will be the pumpkin planting time.  We are busy getting our
patches ready for the big event.
