You can try if you like, but, pumpkins are very particular about having
their feet disturbed. It is not a good idea to move them much later than
after the first set of of true leaves come through. If the roots have
started growing around the pot, they're not likely to grow outward anyway.
If you would like my opinion, you'd be better off finishing off the growth
cycle of these plants as you've been going, then work on amending your soil
like crazy for next time.
