Circum vs OTT

One of my pumpkins measures 105 In. in circumference and has an OTT
total of 247. According to the charts in How to Grow... Vol 2, the
105in. yields 291 lbs. and the 247in.OTT gives 319.
any ideas on which one is more accurate?
