You can breathe easy, those cracks are what AG growers call "netting"
it's normal and means that the fruit is older probably close to being
done growing, but you can leave it on the vine and it will be fine as
long as it doesn't start to rot. Fungucide won't do anything to help,
but probably won't hurt either. Best wishes,
