china cracks part 2

 
Thanks for all the support folks, but I know what netting-canteloping looks like. No these are actually CRACKS on the shell of the pumpkin. Went back today, and some of them are getting wider apart,like the inside is growing faster than the outside and the skin split apart but not down into the cavity(at least not yet) The flesh under the cracks seems to be dry though(maybe it will scar?)The pumpkins is not oranging up yet, still VERY pale peach colored.
