Brock,
I did live the Chris Andersen part last year, as my webpage will show
you, Go to the garden page, and to the results from last years Weigh off
from the Northern Tier Giant Pumpkin Growers Club. Look real hard to
find my name, as it is at the bottom, weighing in at a whopping 70
pounds!! Thats right! Dead last!! At a little local schmocal weigh off.
Dreams start when you want them to start, and although I have 5 weeks, I
cant wait to take my 620 + lb squash(as of tonite-315"Ott) to the WPC
and give it the best damn shot anyone ever could. Last years WPC winner
was in the mid 400's, so barring any strange things happening, I know
atleast I am competitive with last years contest.
I will add this much Mike, I got an email from Marv Hicks in
Pennsylvania, and he and Marv Meisner have some pretty T's they want me
to wear on the big stand!! The choice has just gotten tougher!! lol
