Carlsons,
I applied 2 dixie cups worth, (about 1 cup or so) of the 0-0-6- and
sprinkled it onthe patch where no vines were, but around them. I have a
very accessible patch since I took out the 879 from Holland that never
took. All I did was sprinkled less than a handful onto the patch, and
then raked it in with a potato rake(3 prong), followed by a watering of
the patch. It has been two days, and no burning, but maybe I didnt put
enough down to really make a difrence. I am using the 20-20-20 on a
every 4 day schedule, adding 12 gallons to my 480 sq ft patch, so it is
getting that much potassium, besides the extra from the muriate of
potash. I may try a bit more next week, maybe double the amount, as
long as I keep it off of the leaves, and the vines ....
