OTT Help

Could someone please explain how to do the OTT method
of measuring or at least tell me where to find it.
Before bugging everyone on the list, I went to the archives....
I entered OTT method in the search and it came back and
told me that 59 entries had been found. Problems is.....
it just told me they had been found....it didn't show them
to me.  Did I do something wrong?
