Bryan,
OTT measurements are taken as follows:
1) Measure largest circumference parallel to ground.
2) Measure over the top at either the widest or highest point-Tape should
fall straight down - not follow the contour of the pumpkin. Measure the
distance from "ground to ground".
3)Measure over the top following the method described in 2, going from the
stem side to blossom side.
4) Add them up and you have your OTT measurement.
